Hi Asad

When he big players, (The Rats) leave a sinking ship, they do the sensible thing, they use their
lifeboat the huge cash mountain they have generated by ramping the market, and sail away.
the lifeboat of cash keeps them afloat until they decide to use the millions and billions they
have made to manipulate the market on another day.

That is a very simplistic analyses I accept, and other factors even beyond the control
of the Rats come into play, but I think that this is what is happening with Gold at the
moment.

I think that Lucky is probably right , once the big players see their gains start
to drop they will sell in droves like rats leaving a sinking ship.

I think there will be a big sell off in gold, it will rise slightly then drop,
late today or tomorrow.

I'm always right, I wish

You cant eat Gold, to buy food you need money, to get money you have to sell gold.

Hi Forum

I think gold will fall, the big players have made a lot of money going long, when they take
some of this money off the table, there will a large fall in gold possibly a hundred dollars.

I think weeks rather than months.

Good luck out there

In Thread: EUR
Catnip, I like your description of Eurozone politicians, very accurate.
I think the Euro will climb a bit, but when reality bites, it will come down.

I agree with Asad, Chris Vermeulen did not predict the fall in gold, it was precipitated by the GS affair.
many of his predictions are very ambiguous.

My prediction for gold, short term, it may go up it may down

Considering that the EEC is composed of a disparate group of cobbled together countries many with severe economic problems, and that the Eurozone is stumbling along like a drunk I do not think
that the ECB will hike before the Fed, but I wont be making the decision.

Could you post a chart of gold futures, or tell the forum where this information
