Pipped-- Markets are rarely rational. The euphoric momentum continues taking everything higher. All it will take is any indication of increased hawkishness by the FOMC and the USD will rally and gold/oil will drop HARD.

I think the FED is gonna sound just a wee bit more hawkish than in the past and gold is gonna fall hard. Shorted @ 1123

Totally agree Chloe. Exchange rate at this level is very painful for Canada. To me, this latest move is a sign that FED will signal hawkish tone soon and usdcad will rally. Also oil price desperately needs a bigger correction.

Tanvir- You have to remember that strong US data can increase the hawkish tone of the FED. This sends EUR & Gold down. It is fundamental... and also the primary theme Ashraf has been relaying in relation to his calls.
