looking at the bigger picture, euro has sovereign and sustainability risk that the dollar has not looking at it over the next few years or so. I suppose on an emotional basis, euro would not start to have large continued buying until it becomes historically cheap which is in the early 1.20sif not lower...this gives further room for selling pressure to continue. So its NOT just about some economic data its about curreny FEAR

Nice to see euro getting sold again. Reinforces my belief that the euro has cracked, us data is improving and bailouts would be ignored by investors as the damage is already done on the sustainability of the Eurozone

looks like we are very likely to hit 1.25 this summer for eurdollar if we break clearly below then we reach 1.15 over the next year or so. No help for your day traders but thats my theory.

i hope everyone is banking on euros collapse. I warned on here that we will see sub 1.30 soon. The euro is now officially a junk currency for now. Its a terribly flawed structure and still overpriced against the dollar. Contagion will certainly put further pressure on euro

euro is on a clear downwards path . Even if bailout completes positive US data will keep euro under pressure. 1.25 within 2 months is reasonable.
