Where does USDCHF sit regarding seasonal flows? Combined with your nascent signs surely this pair is grossly overbought?

At what point of the purchase does it say "not available"? I tried and I did not have a problem. Can you please try again and if not I will see what I can do with Amazon.

Ashraf how come I cannot buy your book? Amazon & Chapters suddenly say its' not available. Where can I buy a copy?
