Related to shibor one should closely monitor shanghai financial sub index.
if there is a liquidity crunch and interbank lending freezes PBOC can no longer raise RRR rather must ease RRR and eventually cut rates. And print money. Both supposed good for USD.

Yep....frankly I thought it is St.Claus coming early this year...

Yes China gets out of control . All what the govt did to keep the princelings out of crosshairs
was wrong.
I think the big bang starts in China. Its a huge bubble.
Greece is a very small problem because Greece has parked EUR 200 bln in swiss banks ( that is why CHF gained ) and can at once pay off liabilities and obligations.
But why?

i guess, if eur drop sharply in later of this year, china will turn to stagflation, and everything could blow in 2012.
