Hi Ashraf

Indeed we did make it to 102 on USDCAD, now we are back to the 10070 area which was quite good resistance on the way up, now maybe support. Where do you see this now.

Thanks

Looking to short AUD/USD shortly:

By Nichola Saminather
April 29 (Bloomberg) -- Australian house prices grew at a
slower pace in the first quarter from the last three months of
2009 as the central banks five rate increases since September
took effect, Australian Property Monitors said.

FXT, so many trend lines on USDCAD. Considering soaring VIX and potential 80.60 target in oil, USDCAD momentum can pick up to 1.02. but i remain hesitant. in going above 1.0250.

Hi Ashraf

Another great call on USDCAD, where now from here? are you standing by your earlier analysis ( last week) that u didnt feel it can pass 10240?

Also good sell off on the index's, ftse looking very weak, correction or the real deal?

Thanks again

Catnip, where did you hear that?Over last two weeks chinese central government launched an all out attack to curtail the real estate speculation bubble, have been thinking last few days they over stimulated in the first place and are now causing damage by coming in with the baseball bat (check the shanghai index)!Would make sense that they are trying to balance things out by trying to channel money into industry and infrastructure.Away from the Hainan island "chinese costa"apartments that people have been flipping of late.
