Gold & Yen's Perfect Desert Storm

Yen strength still eclipsing USD rebounds during risk aversion. while gold's ascent is better gauged against currencies other than the US dollar.

@Eelman-so you NOW believe in the PPT?

LOike I said previously, lower interest rates are good for stocks, and higher interest rates are good for stocks

RKG, My count shows Cable could pull up to this range 1.5470-1.5510. I look a Shorting in that range. Manage your positions Wisely.

Hi,

I noticed Gbp/Jpy to be very volatile. I don't see many analysts giving any technical analysis or fundamentals. Those of you on this forum, do many people trade this pair.

It seems like after the initial plunge everything went quiet. I expected more action in the Asian session. (Where is the PPT when you need them? :-))) ). Almost as if the market is punch-drunk and confused.

I left an order in for 1109.5 which finally got triggered this morning, ...but it went up to about 1112, so Chloe got in better than me, unless she killed her order.

But as Pipped says, there was probably an overreaction and there will be a rally back. When the world and his wife are buying, it's probably time to sell.

I have booked all my profits.

Thank you PPT and RBA.

I have never thought the FED will raise the Fed Funds Rate this year. And I still don't. Markets are overreacting. I will be shorting on the rally back.
