usdchf kissed the 78.6% ret level coinciding with 100% sym at 9150, a level bound to have a beer stop reaction. 9257 next ? Trend line support on daily good and tight for short plays.

Gunjack,

Like reading Chinese well I never,

Bottom line, the eur/usd returned to the underside of a corrective triangle which lasted from may to sept in the weekly chart, (cyclical price action) the only way was down (short) the $dxy of course completed the inverse at the same time, the only way was up, my view is, the pair are about to start wave 3 of 3 down,

These are longer term trades, lasting a number of weeks, Ive been short in eurusd since the 27/10 at 1.42164, and see no reason at this time to change the view,

Hope this helps, good luck with your trading,

@Dave I agree about the UK. We need to get credit moving again otherwise will continue with the horrible stagflation we have at the moment

I tend to agree with that Gunjack, China will inevitably become less competitive, the balance of nations is constantly changing. Same thing needs to happen in uk, don't give up on manufacturing, design and R&D, get thinking caps on and get moving. We need to get our banks lending again to legitimate start-ups and small co's.

@Qingyu I mostly agree with your analysis. There is a growing movement in the USA of buying local and many companies (samsung etc) are heavily re-investing into production in the US again. Wage inflation combined with intellectual property theft and transport costs are evening up chinas comparative advantage. Don't be surprised to see the US come roaring back in 2012-13
