better target for usdx is 80.70 which is 50% of 88.70-72.70 swing.. but Cat's round number 80 might produce correction first (today?).. note greek deadline on 15/10 which might do it..

ah, maybe, china dont have many choices, and most of their choices should commit suicide.

but i think sell usd may live longer than sell eur, who knows...

Should China banking system stumble things will be very unsafe. They may prefer to sell
EUR over selling USD, and might sell commodity currencies. Further $VIX will shoot up and stocks will crash, along with industry metals and crude.
I am not convinced China govt is less stupid then Eone administrations. No matter what Dr.Ben scores again.

dollar rallies during these deflationary episodes It is seen as best of the worst. money has to go somewhere. usd at this point in time is seen as a safer bet, than other currencies. Long term i'm not so sure that this will be true. For now, at least until QE 3 its game on

someone had upto 2-3 bln RMB (250mln euro) debt.

rumour, some chinese factory owners fled because they in big debt, also said most of they have big investment in property. i guess that is why AL said in IMT about chinese property bubble burst.

i dont know...
