i got a friend work in icbc that is the biggest and also the best commercial bank in china. frankly, he know nothing about banking when he was hired by icbc.

also, my sister was study in city university in london. she know some pboc officers. as she said, officers only interest in cheap famous brand bag/watch or compare which is the best restaurant in london china town.

so, how can you expect on these person?

cat, china is overestimated. all big players in the market know that.

she is right, china should study henry ford, but they will never increase their low wage. the simply reason is, if so, the goverment can not afford their goverment officer's wage.

so, at this moment, china is only a "paper tiger".
