Otherwise, ok, I can also say that I got 600+ pips when I shorted AUDUSD at 1.017 and covered at 0.955.

Thanks, catnip. EURUSD is spending a lot of time at the 1.375x area. IMO it looks like it will go up more when the European markets open.

@djellal : Think put-call parity, where C - P = S + const [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Put%E2%80%93call_parity ].

Longing underlying and puts = S + P = C + const2. Essentially you are long calls, but like to pay for the extra commissions/spreads.

Hi Justin.

AUDUSD did retrace to 1.008-ish last night; I noticed how aggressively that dip was bought.

Looking at the daily chart of AUDUSD [http://stockcharts.com/charts/gallery.html?fxa ], I noticed that AUDUSD has become increasingly more volatile. It now has a weekly range of almost 400 pips!
