Hi Mr Ashraf,

I feel that you should pull the "trigger" on this distraction, Qin.
( But I believe he will still turn up in another form.... I can see the thick skin... not welcomed but will force their way in..... )

I am amazed at your patience....

Ashraf,

Daily chart on GBP/JPY shows a good looking triangle and 100 DMA was keeping the lid on the move higher. In my view of the chart the pair is up for a good size move to the downside, but I don't know woud propel such a move on the market. In many of your articles you were pointing out on JPY strength, but I am unsure about GBP, it has that "bi-polar" character to it. Do you think it is reasonable to plan short position, and would break of supporting trend line be a green light ?

Thank You

P.S.

exciting wednesday on four football fields of europe. My hart and prayers are in Zenica with Bosnia.

Dear Fellow A.L. Forumers,

I am not a very experienced trader but I was very well taught in manners.

Qin, if you are unhappy with this site, do not visit it. Just delete this site from your computer and move on. Please do not broach the subject of trading with personal attacks and criticism that is uncalled for.

People like me are using this platform and Ashraf's books as a starting point so do not waste the space and time of the people who find this site very beneficial.

Fellow Forummers, let's ignore him and not comment on his ignorance. I feel that by responding, he feels that people actually read the foolish comments that he makes.

Good pipping everyone and peace!

Dear Ashraf,
I am trying to understand the slow and steady rise of the GBPCHF. What makes this pair so steadily bullish the last couple of weeks?
Thanks,
Mojo.

Hello, Ashraf,
Do you see where GBP/USD will go at the end of the year? It is running into the double-top and 50% retracement area, but the up-trend is strong in daily, weekly and monthly chart. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Every blog has a "Troll." Hopefully, we can soon end the insults and religious references and return to the subject at hand. Every trader/investor I know makes mistakes, bad calls, and loses money occasionally. I listen to many people including Ashraf, because he is one of the best. However you have to know your own trading style. His time frame may be longer than yours. His capital may exceed yours. I sometimes find myself on the opposite side of his trade because I am trading a short timeframe. Sometimes I jump right on his recommendations. It depends. I have only myself to blame for poor trading decisions. Ashraf provides a "framework" based on his intermarket approach. He very often offers up target zones which work quite well, at least they have for me on many occasions. But you, as a trader, have to figure out where to enter a trade and when to pull the trigger, and then be willing to take responsibility for your decision. If you blindly follow anyone's recommendation, you are being foolish, in my humble opinion.

Qin,

Muslims are the followers of a religion known as 'Islam'. And if this does you any good, yes, I am a Muslim. Beyond this, I will not get into any conversation because the last thing I would want is to get into a religious argument w/ a person who seems devoid of any manners, ethics or morals (yes, I can expect anything from you). I am mature enough not to let this ball rolling Qin. And no, Ashraf is no God...and I never proclaimed this either (but you certainly are the Devil).

Btw, what makes you think that I would ever visit your blog, knowing you the way I do?! Mate, I've got standards...

qin, nobody is perfect and people do sometimes get things wrong. but ashraf has been calling $1.57/e for year end for a long time now and we almost hit this target and may even have a slight chance till year end. This was called when it was in the 1.30s.

there is a reason why ashraf has his position and is very well regarded in the business. he is also a very generous man which is a rare case for finance professionals.
