Dave you probably correct i.e. it will continue to rally until year's end and it will close around 1.02 by 31/Dec.
This means there is another 200 pips move up before years end.

All trading is likely to be scalpy until about the 10th Jan due to lower volume conditions. Now I may have spooked the markets and we get a wonderful crash :-)

Gold was supported by its 55DMA 3 to 4 days ago. Now testing the the trend support line (potential resistance) from the July low. The 60 min chart gold is wedged between MA's 55, 100, 200 and 21. It needs to clear above 1392 to consider a long position at this juncture, basis 60 min chart

crude is breaking above its bull flag, basis daily chart. So now it is braodly in line with direction of stocks and gold (though gold still weak) but cad is not confirming.

I think it will hold up into the year end, sideways to uppish. NYSE on stocks been holding up in very thin breadth. The greater risk is therefor to the downside but I doubt we shall see any colapse before y/e. Audusd tends to follow stocks.
