I don't know what timeframe you are trading. All trades carry risk so your short set-up needs quantifying and I assume its a scalp as the trend is clearly up. Path of least resistance is up at mo. If the day high is taken out you might want to stop out there.

bullish case is Dow did corrective down to the 12,309 cash low which made 127.2% symmetry extension. If true the implications are for new highs. Bearish case would be to take out that low.
