Ashrafs interview on April 2007 http://bit.ly/bar5xc telling an astonished Becky Quick (CNBC) that expected the Fed to begin cutting rates as early as June 2007. At the time (in April 07), about 50% of the market expected the Fed to RAISE rates or do nothing that year. The Fed ended up CUTTING rates in August 2007. And the interview tells it all.
