Azza,

Oil is resisting around the 68.30 mark! Should have gone down further, but the incessant weakness of the dollar is making it attractive at the current price level. Going forward, oil should comes down now...NOT ONLY because there's no fundamental justification to the current price...but more so now due to the overdur correction in commodities and equities...

Caveat: Keep one eye on VIX!

They've mauled the USD...hammered it...killed it!! I mean HOW can you expect a currency to recover if you've placed massive shorts on it...and you're carrying out your risky trades on it just because you know its going to fall further??!!

Spec, I'd love to hear your comments - there is NO way USD is recovering at least this year! Even oil has stopped in the 68s because it is priced in the USD and investors would now love to invest in (relatively cheaper) oil (opposed to shorting oil and making money).

It's making GBP look like Angelina Jolie...

How about this?

Given that market directions across the world follows each other...short oil, make money. Then close position and open a short position in the Footsie at 0800. Then close it and open a short position in the DJ or S&P at 1300. Interesting..

Forum,

You may accuse me of being a bit cynical...but is it only me who feels that the trader community MAY take the markets further in a show of solidarity that we have moved on from the Lehman Monday Morning? Markets doing well at least today and tomorrow??
