Yes, you can short also penny stocks. Cause a penny stock at 0.05 will go to 0.005 and even 0.001. Short and sleep tight.

Short all asset classes. Short commodities (oil, gold, copper, etc.), short stocks (AAPL, BHP, JPM, etc.), short treasurues (ZB, ZN, etc.), short stock futures (ES, NQ, YM,etc.), short every currency against the dollar. That's it.

Ignore, you should sell it to a rent company and then rent it from them.
in a couple of years you will be able to buy it back for lets say $4. It is as simple as that.
Sell your house also. Sell your car. Sell everything. Use the money to short everything.
