dont believe 145-150, china said only buy AAA bonds.

yes, ezone can make EFSF AAA. but for how long? PIIGS, we solve G, I bond yield just raise 0.5%.

it is qe3 rally, better data will smash this rally in weeks!

Sorry for late reply Sir ignore, but yeah I agree with you eur has serious momo breaking thru numerous resistance zones. I also agree with your ranges 1.40-1.45 and 1.45-1.50, bcos like Oil, eur tends to move in 5-10 buck ranges. Once identified can be traded profitably

French cons spending bad # today, sarkosy needs to step up his personal spending. Portugal M1 now a major concern, the eu farce will roll on. Mkt irrationality good for traders, direction doesn't matter, super irrational moves do matter and are often super predictable, even more so the inevitable rational reversal.

when the English see hey haircut works they have only one chaoice: join the common currency.
Of course, before that they must adopt to right side drive.
But then you know....I have a mortgage I am not willing to pay interest... haircut.
I need a second Ferrari but have no cash... no problem buy it and..haircut.
They will learn to love it.
Serieously that haircut thing will not work. Has never worked.

my concerns still here....
voluntary acceptance of haircut will strike back soon.
Ireland already hastened to ensure no we are not going for a haircut ...Don Berlusconi just smiled and said nothing.
Imo the EUR story will go on for another say 20 days and then kaboom. Be prepared. Classic options are best to handle that.
