jj, yen strength is slowing down the pace of USDJPY gains. but we need to see > 91.90s for this turnaround to have legs.

sterling is currently on life support by decent short term economic data. it's woes will soon show in later part of 2010. but DXY on target for 80 very soon!

simao, GBPUSD not easinly falling against USD due to strong data (CPI, flaling unemplmt) but we first need to break below 1.6180.

montmorency, that 0.8490 base is the last stand. but before that key support seen at 0.8630 (early Feb '09, congestion of Jul '09).

Ashraf: I'm still finding it kind of hard to believe EUR/GPB's continued tumble.
Could it get down to 0.8660 in the near-ish term?

Yes, guys, i never answered the question about GS predicting UK econ outperformance relative to other major indus nations (US JP CA GE). i dont quite agree with that assessment. i will need to delve into that piece for its reasoning.

FXTRADER, HATS OFF to your solar eclipse prediction last week. Why dont you go on twitter and place you contributions so that I Retweet to my followers. I just mentioned you and this posting on my twitter.

I also use twitter for quick communication with followers (better than email and IM)

Just liquidated account to go flat and secure HUGE profits. Thank you Ashrad.

I'll be in line at the bank depositing funds into my account, right behind the Goldman traders who fleeced the public with their shameless frontrunning and pimping of gbp/usd.

As I posted last week on the Solar Eclipse -- it is showing it's effect 72 hours later. In July 2008 it created a bull move in the USD and it looks like the same is going on again. We have a real doom and gloom scenario unfolding as Gold, Stocks, and currencies are breaking down. Eclipses are known to create new bear and bull markets.
