If you look at 60 min chart, 5 waves down from the high. The 5th prob needs a little more ret and another pop down to complete. Then a much larger ret before next drive down. Let's see if my read plays out :-)

Gold again kissed the 55DMA on the nail today. 5th time of testing since nov low. pattern on the 60 min chart suggestive of more downside after a minor ret.

On Gold & Aussie:

Aussie outperformed gold in past few weeks, and gold hadn't made new closing high since early Dec (depends on your data).

I posted the Gold/AUD chart in this Nov article (see link below) to pick the top (i was 1 week early) but my conclusion was not incorrect. I was expecting a broader pullback in gold (below 1320 USD ) but in fact that level held as a support. The rebound was a whole $100 but still failing to regain the Dec highs

USD weakness may remain but best to play it vs CHF and Scandis rather than Aussie

Gunjack, I was kiddin around with asad, you take it too seriously. I been trading CL my usual methodology for quite a few years. I doubt I will ever change. Mystery or magic are always good topics for some light wind-up.

On the subject of Ignore it would be a loss to this forum if he is serious about quitting. He and subway are two very experienced traders who make meaningful contributions. The forum is not over endowed with "experience".
