NG wedge formaton broken to the upside as expected.
Another 1H - 4H wedge formation in gold. Apex is close. So watch out for b/o soon.
CL has no work above 91.50 in order for the down play to stay valid.

Qingyu,

Even I though that Mubarak has ACTUALLY quit and CL had ACTUALLY hit 85!! *heheh*

What you meant was 'if Mubarak quits, would CL go back to 85?' Isn't it?

The answer's YES! Boli has already explained well why...

P.S. Went short again at 91.15 w/ SLs - day trade in mind...

exactly. this is why I wondered which crude is at 85 as you wrote below.
anyway I now see that you were asking why crude is to fall to 85 and not why it is at 85 :)

Not to mention the COT data. COT report shows speculators (large and small) extremely long crude oil and as history shows when their pos gets this streched it is prudent to expect oil prices to fall.
So I am shorting it here again just above 91 with a tight stop.
Good luck to all.

Asad is righto to expect crude oil to drop below 90 as market is getting tired of this Egypt news. Besides without this geopolitical backdrop, fundamentals are bearish and futures are in backwardation.

Check this:

"It is a very bearish market. Some refiners are even trying to sell volumes as it makes no sense to store crude in a market without contango," a trader in the Mediterranean told Reuters.

"And they are not yet coming out of maintenances. To give you a sense of what's going on, my phone isn't ringing too often," the trader added.
