Yen strength still eclipsing USD rebounds during risk aversion. while gold's ascent is better gauged against currencies other than the US dollar.

have several positions shorting gold...
notice you mentioned a resistance at 1123.
however, in the near term (Friday - NFP)
do you see gold dropping below 1080?

Bear, Mont, what gold surge? USDX retracles lower , oil goes up after 3 down weeks so it is normal for gold to rally. Read my latest IMT on gold.

Gold weakening in volume and price...what are the fundamental catalyst that you see most affecting the price of gold right now? Better stated, If I were working for you at CMC...which intermarket patterns would you have up for studying future gold prices? :)

ask ashraf GOLD is depressed right now. use to be hyperactive and agressive but now he is on regulation mode.
