DaveO ----> Has AL released any trades for today ? Reason for asking is becasue I am trying Capital3X for a week and they have not released any trade for today eventhough they have tweeted that they would soon .. Wondering they are waiting for AL's signals first-:))

jacek, I only use cmc for longer term positions but I received an email yesterday claiming new platform now down to 0.7 spreads on eurusd and some other symbols, gold, silver etc reduced.

emmm, you can put cooked fish such as salmon/tuna or smoked salmon in greek salad, and eat with rye break with honey. very nice!
