german bunds wil move in accordance to treasury one's. only a lack of liquidity coming up from an unlikely will make this happening.
as caixa bank they always had a credit line at frbny.

I doubt if that holds...
Caixa Cataulunya Spain's largets savings needs 1 bln immediately to avert bank run.
ECB ( instead of China!..and lack of other bidders) buys Port bonds.
German bunds risk premium at all time high.

Euro a good momentum run south now at crossroads, perhaps 100 pip retrace back to next fibo at
3082 or extension with nfp release back to 1.3150
would not want to trade/buy back in against this sharp move...

but for my purposes will close 8 lots of trade from 1.3150 at 1.2998 let remaining 5 run with stop moved to break even 1.3150. buying on rally, keeping some south

good thoughts, catnip..

euro is going down like no tomorrow, would now be a good chance to buy long for short term at around 1.30000 level?

Those haircuts are more dangerous than anything because Eurozone banks are the biggest holders of PIIGS debt ...that will fire back. One of the reasons for EUR crash is that the horn of plenty rumors China buys Portugal bonds did not come true. And most possibly China will not buy Spain bonds either, but Italy bonds, yes.
