Closed out eurusd longs 3138 monday...initiated shorts then got stopped out at BE this morning in NY session....3165 doesn't look like it'll be hit?...favoring short side now...just need a decent place to enter, from here...

the end of liquidity injection by FED BOJ and PBOC not easing will put pressure on EUR.
ECB's LTROs had no effect . ECB cannot afford to quit easing.

The most-accurate foreign-exchange forecasters say the euro will slide as austerity-driven spending cuts from Spain to Italy reignite debt turmoil and drag the region into recession.

Nick Bennenbroek, head of currency strategy at Wells Fargo & Co., who topped the list for the fourth time out of the past six quarters according to data compiled by Bloomberg, expects the euro to drop more than 5 percent to $1.24 at the end of 2012. Westpac Banking Corp., which had the second-lowest margin of error, predicts $1.26.

good morning..from the astrology dept...having universal insight..

4 hr now on 3rd candle confirming long from 3097...with ceiling tuff above at 1.3172...
perhaps level for good r/r reward back south...to take out 2970 area..

but 4 hr..still long...and the risk is NOT taking the signal for a longer 100+ momentum run....
