I trade from 4 hr method along with a 1 hr model used for taking tp's and counting how far the price moves from 144 169 sma tunnel on 1 hr for taking off profit as goes.

I watch the price vs indicators as they go = price action plus channels + fibo and my 4 hr 1 hr momentum system....

Thanks, pardon me i am still learning the tricks of the trade. do you mean use only 4 hr time frames not shorter for trading? And what does price action and formula got to with it?
