Skipper sailing sloop across to pan pan ready to complete property purchase tomorrow I guess.

DaveO waiting for French house prices to fall 50% before making purchase. Charente Maritime methinks. Must have marina convenient.

it is rare in china, but still exist in some very poor area. those poor kids grow up and join gangs.

some research shows new birth drop dramatically, but some shows opposite way. i dont know, like most china data, live and grow in chaos.

yeah you needn't tell me. I educated 3 kids privately and it nearly killed me :-) But what about if peasants have several kids like the africans in poor countries breed like rabbits. Are the excess children killed or sold off for slavery ?

in hongkong, people used to say bring up a kid need 4 mln. in main land, 2 mln perhaps?

3 yr uni in UK could cost 0.9-1 mln, if include 2 yr a level or 3 yr GCSE, 2 mln maybe.

well, the truth is if u have money u can have as many as u want. rumour xi have some kids with other women.

i dont think this bother chinese so much, many young couple cant even handle on kid, and education is costly.

wise idea, nowadays workers dont need muscle anymore. and most chinese family have 2 full time workers. sometime female even be blamed not to work full time.

yup, poor teddy stay with mum in hospital since 4 yr old.
